High quality, precision, and peed

We work with high-tech technologies.

Cutting and sectioning, sheet metal and tube laser cutting

We use laser technology (nitrogen and oxygen) for precise and clean cutting of sheet metal, even with high thicknesses. We create complex and detailed shapes with great accuracy, minimising the need for finishing.

The laser tube technology allows us to carry out not only sectioning of all types and sections of tubes, but also hole drilling, slotting, and customised cuts to adapt to specific geometries and designs.

We are equipped with CNC and fixed variable angle mitre saws, band saws, and circular saws, which allow for a wide range of metal cuts, offering flexibility and efficiency.

Bending, calendering, tapering

B&B Line manufactures bent components from sheet metal, tubes, and profiles to create custom curves based on customer drawings.

Sheet metal calendering is also used in a variety of applications to produce complex components with precisely combined curves.

B&B Line also carries out tapering operations on tubular elements to achieve conical shapes or customised closures.

CNC machining

Several products manufactured at B&B Line require CNC machining, including milling, drilling, countersinking, and turning. Numerically controlled machining centres offer efficiency and full control over processing times.

In addition to CNC machines, the workshop is equipped with manual stations for greater flexibility and efficiency when handling smaller batches or special processing.

Welding

B&B Line is equipped with various specialised welding stations, enabling highly skilled operators to carry out work with maximum precision.

We perform continuous wire welding, TIG/MIG welding, brazing, brass welding with silver alloy, and spot welding.

Cleaning and smoothing

B&B Line has a cleaning department that is essential for both sanding aesthetic ‘defects’ resulting from previous machining processes and for achieving the satin or glossy surfaces required by the customer, using belts or brushes.

The cleaning process is usually the final step before applying the requested surface finish. We also have vibratory polishers for surface finishes on aluminium/brass milled parts.

Surface finishes

Aiming to fully meet customer requirements, B&B Line also handles surface finishing, with the goal of combining aesthetics and functionality based on the intended final use of the part. Below are the main finishing processes we typically use:

Galvanic treatments
Zinc plating
Other treatments

We can also meet requests for outdoor-use products, guaranteeing and certifying, upon request, the highest resistance to oxidation. We have also tested a chrome plating process on aluminium, which enables the use of components and accessories in humid and highly oxidising environments such as bathrooms and shower enclosures.

Assembly and packaging

B&B Line has a dedicated assembly and packaging department.

Packaging is considered from the co-design phase to ensure proper protection of the components. It is customised in terms of box type and protective materials, and often includes additional elements such as hardware and instruction leaflets, defined in collaboration with the customer.

Final quality control is also carried out at this stage, with 100% of products checked to ensure compliance with the required specifications. B&B Line also offers delivery of goods using its own transport vehicles.
